⚠ What You Should Do
The product is subject to a modification programme. The manufacturer
has stopped sales of the 6fin rotary jet and advised end users (via distributors) to switch off the 6fin rotary jets. End users are encouraged to register with their distributor for a replacement rotary jet. Hazard
The product with the 6fin rotary jet concerned presents a risk of drowning because the rotary jet may cause a suction, which in turn may cause hair entanglement and entrapment. This may lead to the user becoming submerged underwater, and drowning.
The 6fin rotary jet does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
Corrective Action
