Check the screw connections of the high-pressure fuel pump. If necessary replace the high-pressure fuel pump and fuel lines.

Recall Details

Defect: On affected vehicles the high-pressure fuel pump may not have been properly fastened to the cylinder head during assembly. If the sealing connection is not secure fuel can escape under high pressure resulting in a sudden and substantial fuel leak

Remedy: Check the screw connections of the high-pressure fuel pump. If necessary replace the high-pressure fuel pump and fuel lines.
