⚠ What You Should Do

The Ford dealer will inspect the brake system on all affected vehicles and will replace all the parts affected by this condition.

Recall Details

Defect: Courier vehicles on which the brake system may be contaminated with mineral oil. This can cause swelling of rubber components in the brake system (hydraulic seals brake hoses etc). In some circumstances if swelling occurs there is potential for the brake system to lack hydraulic pressure which may result in longer brake pedal travel and reduced brake performance therefore increasing the risk of an accident.

Remedy: The Ford dealer will inspect the brake system on all affected vehicles and will replace all the parts affected by this condition.
