Defect: While monitoring vehicles in operation when the turn signal / hazard lamp audible indicator is activated an Event Warning Chime (e.g. Seat Belt warnings Lane Keeping warnings) at the same time will not be audible.
Remedy: Affected vehicles need to receive updated Instrument Panel Cluster Software
