Check the drainpipe of the evaporator housing. If found to be incorrectly manufactured the drainpipe must be modified and the airbag control unit replaced.

Recall Details

Defect: The drainpipe of the evaporator housing of the air conditioning system may have been incorrectly manufactured leading to water accumulating and dripping onto the airbag control unit.

Remedy: Check the drainpipe of the evaporator housing. If found to be incorrectly manufactured the drainpipe must be modified and the airbag control unit replaced.
