⚠ What You Should Do

Keepers of affected vehicles should contact their supplying dealer or any NCC approved workshop for the replacement of the affected unit. Until rectification has been completed the manufacturer advise the refrigerator is turned ‘off’ whilst driving.

Recall Details

Defect: On affected vehicles the EM40 and EM55 vehicle battery ‘in’ (VB IN) connector can overheat and in certain circumstances fail losing all power to the unit with the possible loss of all rear road lights.
