Affected vehicles will have the hydraulic unit of the brake system replaced.
Recall Details
Defect: On affected vehicles the brake servomotor was improperly welded. The weld seam might not withstand the stresses caused under high brake pressure leading to a requirement for a higher brake effort increasing the braking distance.
Remedy: Affected vehicles will have the hydraulic unit of the brake system replaced.
