Recall Details

Defect: Daimler Truck AG was informed that the thread flanks of the right mounting support of the 9 t front axle bolted to the axle housing on Actros 963 and eActros 983 vehicles are not sufficiently formed. As a consequence the threaded connection of the right mounting support to the axle housing is not permanently ensured.

Remedy: Replacement of mounting support.
