Hazard

The baby bed has no valid technical documentation and there is a lack of labelling, marking and instructions. In the absence of markings and instructions to support consumers in safe usage, it may be possible for the product to be used in an unsafe manner. For example, if a young child is placed in the product to sleep unsupervised and moves in their sleep, they may become pressed against the sides, restricting their airway and potentially leading to suffocation.

Further information on safe sleeping for babies can be found on the NHS website at the following link: https://www.nhs.uk/start-for-life/baby/baby-basics/newborn-and-baby-sleeping-advice-for-parents/safe-sleep-advice-for-babies/
