Official product safety report including images and corrective action →
⚠ What You Should Do
An installed pump can remain in operation, but you must take care not to handle affected pumps as there is a serious risk of electrocution.
If you think you have an affected Tucson circulating pump installed in your premises, contact Tucson immediately via email at productsafety@tucsonpumps.ie or phone +(44) 800 044 3258 to arrange for a replacement pump to be installed. The affected pumps can be identified by the serial number (S/N) on the label affixed to the pump as indicated above. The Product Replacement Programme is free of charge. Installed units should only be replaced by an approved Tucson technician or Tucson service agent.
Homeowners in Northern Ireland who have had heating system work completed or who have moved house within the last 8 years should check if their property contains one of the specified pump models. This is an important safety check that requires immediate attention.
In April 2026, Tuscon Pumps notified additional production periods of Tucson circulating pumps that were introduced to Northern Ireland in the latter half of 2012 and continued to be supplied through to 2016. These serial numbers begin 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016.
For further information, please see the Product Safety Information Notice on TucsonPumps.ie.
