Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of injuries because when fitted with the needle jet (pencil jet) nozzle, the distance between the trigger and the nozzle is below the minimum safety requirement, measuring only 112 mm instead of the required 750 mm. This means that during use, the hand will be very close to the high‑pressure jet. This increases the likelihood of accidental contact with the jet stream, resulting in tissue damage and injuries. Improvements are also required to the product documentation.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.
