Hazard
The electric motorbike and its components have not been assessed using relevant UK conformity assessment procedures. There is no valid technical documentation for the product and no evidence of production control. There are also risks of fire as the charger is supplied with a 2-pin plug that does not meet the requirements of BS 1363. Improvements are also required to the product’s instructions, markings and warnings.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008 or the Plugs and Sockets etc (Safety) Regulations 1994.
