The product presents a high risk of electric shock because the mains plug does not meet the dimensional requirements of BS 1363. The pins were found to be inadequately sized. Over time, they may become worn down and damaged. It was also found that consumers can access the live parts of the plug without the use of tools as the side panel could be opened. Improvements are also required to the products documentation, warnings and instructions.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 or the Plugs and Sockets etc (Safety) Regulations 1994.
