Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of choking as both the ball and the bean shapes are small parts that fit entirely within a small parts cylinder. These small parts pose a choking risk to young children, particularly those under 36 months of age who have a natural tendency to explore objects by placing them in their mouths.
Additionally, the ball and the loose suction cups present an asphyxiation hazard to young children. Some of the required documentation and markings were not present.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
