Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of choking because it contains accessible, detachable small parts which fit wholly inside a small parts cylinder. These small parts pose a choking risk to young children, particularly those under 36 months of age who have a natural tendency to explore objects by placing them in the mouth. The product also presents a risk of strangulation because it is supplied with a long shoelace, which exceeds the maximum length for toys intended for children under 36 months. If left unattended, the child could become entangled in the shoelace and wrap it around the neck, leading to strangulation.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
