Recall Details

Hazard

The product presents a risk of injuries because it does not provide adequate safety information and warnings to users. The absence of a clearly marked maximum user weight may result in overloading of the mobility scooter, and inadequate labelling of the drive-disengagement (freewheel) mechanism may lead to uncontrolled movement of the scooter. This could result in loss of control, collisions, falls, and injuries to the user or other persons.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.
