Recall Details

Hazard

The product presents a high risk of asphyxiation because the flexible plastic bag used for packaging has an area greater than 100 mm x 100 mm and a thickness below the minimum specified requirement. A child could place the bag over their mouth and nose, be unable to remove it, and asphyxiate. The product also poses a risk of choking as the pop-its and chains fitted wholly in the small parts cylinder. Improvements are also required to labelling and markings.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
