The product presents a high risk of electric shock as the terminal block is too close to the metal part of the luminaire. If a wire becomes loose and touches the metal part, the luminaire may become live, presenting a risk of electric shock to the user. Improvements are also required to product labelling and marketing.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
