The product presents a serious risk of burns and injuries as the battery compartment is not secured with a screw and can readily be opened without tools. These batteries may be placed in the mouth and swallowed, causing damage to the gastrointestinal tract. Improvements are also required to marking, labelling and documentation.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
