⚠ What You Should Do
Replace the turbocharger before oil carry over becomes critical. Increase engine idle speed to 650 rpm modify idle shutdown to 5 minutes at above 40 C and replace the DPF differential pressure sensor.
Recall Details
Defect: A risk of an unwanted engine acceleration or an engine failure due to a hydraulic lock caused by oil from the turbo charger bearings passing over to the compressor side of the turbo.
Remedy: Replace the turbocharger before oil carry over becomes critical. Increase engine idle speed to 650 rpm modify idle shutdown to 5 minutes at above 40 C and replace the DPF differential pressure sensor.
