Defect: Affected vehicles may have a non-conforming tightening torque applied to the 12V battery recharge cable the two ground cables and the two HV (high voltage) connectors. This could potentially lead to a fire in a worst-case scenario.
Remedy: Check for the presence and that the correct torque has been applied to the 12V battery recharge cable the two ground cables and the two high voltage connectors (nut).
