Defect: A number of Transit and Tourneo Courier vehicles have been identified where the warning chimes may not be operating as intended the chimes may not be audible which does not meet ECE regulation. For vehicles affected by this concern the overall functionality of the vehicle is not affected but some warning chimes may fail to sound including but not limited to intelligent speed assist forward & reverse park aid active cruise control collision warning lane departure & keeping warnings park brake seat belt minder.

Remedy: Apply software update
