Defect: On affected vehicles the hall sensor in the driver and passenger front seat belt stalks may not have been correctly installed and it may indicate the seat belt is inserted correctly when it actually is not.
Remedy: On affected vehicles the seat belt stalks will be tested and replaced if necessary.
