Defect: On affected vehicles a programming issue within the forward recognition camera system could potentially result in memory failure during processing and the Pre Collision Systems (PCS) not activating on the next ignition cycle with audible chimes and visual warning lights and messages displayed on the instrument panel.
Remedy: On affected vehicles the forward recognition camera system will be reprogrammed
