⚠ What You Should Do

For safety reasons the brake servo must be replaced on the affected vehicles.

Recall Details

Defect: On certain Audi e-tron vehicles the bolted connection between the brake pedal and brake servo might not be properly secured. If it loosens the mechanical link between the foot brake and brake servo could fail. In such cases braking would only be possible using the controlled emergency braking function by holding the parking brake button on the centre console (see Owner’s Manual).

Remedy: For safety reasons the brake servo must be replaced on the affected vehicles.
