⚠ What You Should Do

Recheck and where necessary tighten chassis fixings with a correctly calibrated torque tool. The Manufacturer will contact all registered owners and undertake the rework on their vehicles at their home address or place of storage.

Defect: The manufacturer has identified an irregularity with the calibration of the torque gun used to tighten the caravan chassis fixings during construction. This affects caravans built between 12th August 2024 and 3rd October 2024.
