Replace the existing ECM with a new (remedy) ECM.
Recall Details
Defect: On affected engines the Engine Control Module (ECM) may develop an internal electrical short circuit that could possibly blow a fuse in the ECM’s electrical supply resulting in an engine stall without warning.
Remedy: Replace the existing ECM with a new (remedy) ECM.
