Recall Details

Defect: Bolts in the brackets supporting the five roof mounted H2 tanks located at each end of each tank have the potential to loosen and drop out permitting movement of the bracket(s) and attached tank(s) with secondary movement in the associated system pipework. Under extreme braking conditions or if the vehicle is involved in a road traffic accident the roof tanks may become dislodged or become detached from the vehicle.

Remedy: replacement of all bolts and nuts on the frame and frame attachment
