⚠ What You Should Do

Installation of a secondary bracket underneath the motorcycle’s rear shock absorber pre-load adjuster.

Recall Details

Defect: On affected machines the rear shock pre-load adjuster mounting bracket may fracture under normal use potentially allowing the rear shock adjuster to contact the rear tyre. if contact between the rear shock adjuster and tyre remains undetected this may cause a sudden loss of tyre pressure.

Remedy: Installation of a secondary bracket underneath the motorcycle’s rear shock absorber pre-load adjuster.
