⚠ What You Should Do

Install updated software to the Engine Control Module (ECM).

Recall Details

Defect: On affected vehicles the Engine Management System (EMS) Software causes an error where the Malfunction Indication Lamp (MIL) will not indicate a defective Lambda sensor so the driver will not be alerted upon a failure resulting in a non-compliance to emissions regulation.

Remedy: Install updated software to the Engine Control Module (ECM).
