Defect: For 2024-2025MY Crosstrek vehicles equipped with the genuine accessory trailer hitch for the European market the trailer hitch carries a vertical load value on its label that is lower than the vehicle’s vertical load value indicated in the Certificate of Conformity (CoC).
Remedy: For all the vehicles with the affected parts Subaru dealers will replace the trailer hitch assembly with the countermeasure part.
