Hazard: Pose a risk of a fall

The handlebars on the affected bicycles may slip in the stem in the event a significant vertical load is applied. This may increase the risk of the user losing control of the bicycle, posing a fall hazard to riders.

Remedy: Stop use & register for repair if affected.
