The product has been recalled from end users, who were contacted directly by Honeywell Safety Products UK on 23rd December 2025.

Recall Details
Hazard
A small number of harnesses were assembled with incorrect webbing routng through the front/sternal D-ring and/or leg buckles. This means key safety parts may fail during a fall and the harness could break or disconnect, leading to serious or fatal injuries.
The product does not meet the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/425 on Personal Protective Equipment.
