Recall Details

Hazard

The product presents a risk of electric shock as there is insufficient creepage and clearance distance between the mains potential input circuits and low voltage output circuits, and the insulation is insufficient. This could lead to the product becoming live. If the user touches a metal part of the casing while the item is on, they may receive an electric shock. Additionally, the plug does not meet the dimensional requirements of BS 1363.  

The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008 or the Plugs and Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994.
