Hazard
The product presents a high risk of fire as the plug fuse has insufficient granular filler. Granular filler is required to ensure the safe operation of the plug under fault conditions, and its absence could lead to the plug overheating and/or exploding. Improvements are also required to product documentation and marking.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008 or the Plugs & Sockets etc (Safety) Regulations 1994.
