Hazard
The product presents a risk of injuries because the internal mechanism can jam open if the adaptor is inserted sufficiently ”out of line.” This allows mains air pressure to flow through the coupling while the adaptor remains unlatched.
This product is not compliant with the Pressure Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
