The product presents a serious risk of fire because the mains plug does not meet the requirements of BS 1363. The length of the live and neutral pins is below the permitted minimum level. This means that the plug may not make a secure connection to the socket.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 or the Plugs and Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994.
