The product presents a serious risk of electric shock because the internal connections are inadequate. In a high vibration environment, these connections could loosen and cause the product to become live. If the user touches a live part, they will receive an electric shock. Improvements are also required to product marking, labelling and warnings.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.
