The product presents a high risk of electric shock as the foam base of the luminaire can be removed by hand without the use of tools, exposing single insulation mains wires. If a consumer touched these live parts, they may receive an electric shock. In addition, the product requires improvements to documentation and labelling.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
