Hazard
The product presents a risk of electric shock because it has poor quality internal soldering and insulation. Over time, this insulation could break down, leading to the product becoming live during use. The product plug also does not meet the dimensional requirements of BS 1363. This means that the plug cannot make a secure connection to the socket, which may lead to the product overheating and catching fire.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 and the Plugs & Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994.
