Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of asphyxiation because the flexible plastic bag has an area greater than 100mm x 100mm and the thickness is 0.030 ± 0.002mm. This is less than the minimum 0.038mm specified. If a child placed the bag over their head, they could asphyxiate. Improvements are also required to product labelling and markings.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
