The product has been withdrawn from sale and recalled from end users by JP Wessex Ltd.

Affected customers have been contacted directly by the supplier. If you own this product and have not been contacted, and the instructions state “3 tablets for 600ml”, stop using it and contact the supplier (info@jpwessex.co.uk) for a refund or replacement.

Recall Details

Hazard

The product labelling is incorrect on the affected batch, and states that three tablets are required. The correct dose for an ice bath is one tablet. Using an excess of tablets may lead to skin reactions, especially in those with sensitive skin or who use the ice bath for a prolonged period of time.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Classification, Labelling, and Packaging of Chemicals Regulations 2015.
