⚠ What You Should Do

Veissmann have notified end users who are affected by this issue and have warned installers of the risks.  

Affected users will receive a replacement ignition module and burner control unit, and a CO detector with shut-off function or conversion of the burner to current series configuration with pressure sensor.

Recall Details

Hazard

The product presents a high risk of asphyxiation as testing has indicated that some 2021-2023 boilers may ignite late, causing pressure damage and possible CO leaks. This could expose people in the building to unsafe exhaust gases and potentially lead to asphyxiation.
