Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of drowning because it has the design and appearance of a toy which is not permitted under EN 13138-3, as it increases the likelihood of incorrect usage. Incorrect usage could lead to the child drowning. Additionally, swim seats should be manufactured in bright colours that contrast with the water surface to ensure visibility. This product does not provide sufficient contrast to the water surface to make it readily visible at all times.
