Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of fire because the mains plug has an underweight fuse. A compliant, correctly rated fuse is required to ensure the safe operation of the product under fault conditions. Without a compliant fuse, the product may overheat and ignite, causing a fire. The plug pins also do not meet the dimensional requirements of BS 1363 and cannot make a secure connection to the socket.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 or the Plugs & Sockets etc (Safety) Regulations 1994.
